Where you downloaded the mod there should be some guide for installation. If not, you can always head to GTA3 forums for more help.You can also try to apply for a GTA union and ask for help there. How can i mod a PC Game?
I got it from GTA Garage and thats only for professional mod people so i will look around the file for a readme. Thanks for your help.
