The RAM for system usage is a different architecture than the for video cards. But they are also completely seperate components. The memory on the video cards is GDDR3 RAM.There will be no incompatibilities because they are both seperate units with no relation. RAM and Graphic card question...
so there shouldnt be any conflict?
so there shouldnt be any conflict?
no, you would get conflict if your motherboard didnt support DDR3, your video card and RAM arent dependent on each other
You must have 64 bit Vista or XP in-order to see 4 gigs of R.A.M.
It will work fine, my ram is DDR2 but my GPU is DDR3 and the GPU im changing to soon is DDR5, dont worry about stuff like that, there completely seperate things so as long as mobo accepts them u dont have any worries
alright thanks guys. and i am getting vista home premium 64 bit. so it should work
