Best Mo-Bo for this Card?

XFX GeForce 7600 GSI purchased this card a while back. I've been adding upgrades to my good old Dell computer and I think it's time I just bought a new Mo-Bo and CPU. I purchased a Pentium Dual Core 775 CPU and this motherboard. The motherboard didn't work..:(
Basically, what's the best Mo-Bo available for this video card. I don't care so much if it isn't the same CPU that I bought. I've searched, but can't find anything.(Yeah, I know AGP is old, but the card was expensive. I don't wanna waste too much and I wanna keep the card. I'm not too interested in buying a new comp.) Best Mo-Bo for this Card?
I wouldnt even bother with that. For around $150 you can upgrade ram,video card and mobo and still use that cpu.
