windows vista business???

i can get this for free from my school is it even like the home edition? im not sure what it will and wont have any ideas?windows vista business???
Business has some network features Home doesn't. (like remote desktopp and domains), and doesn't come with home features like movie maker and a few others things I can't remember.windows vista business???
The perks are mostly administrative tools and features, plus networking capabilities. I find remote desktop really useful if you have several computers. I'd say go with it if it's not too much trouble

alright i understand what you mean but like, im a pc gammer not a business person. its just its free over 125$ am i still getting DX 10 and stuff?
Vista Business is basically the equivelent of XP Pro, while Vista Home Premium would be XP Home. DX10 is in both, as far as software compatibility Vista is all the same.

alrigjht i compared them but it says business dosent get ( have fun with ur pc, media stuff,make dvds) does that mean i wont be able to or i just need to d/l stuff bc it wont come with it?
Won't come with windows movie maker n such, does anyone even use it? There are always freeware alternatives that are usually better anyway.

It won't have Media Center on there at all, you can't replace that directly. You can emulate it with things like TVersity or WMP's sharing service.. Burning DVD's and stuff though... yeah, you can definitely get other programs for that.
