is the E4500 good for gaming?

I have a Intel D945GCL, and currently, i can only buy a E4500. All i need to know if it is good for gaming (and multitasking) and if so, which current games (crysis, gears, etc) will work smoothly with it.is the E4500 good for gaming?
Its sufficient enough, its not great but it will do. is the E4500 good for gaming?

The rest of the games it should be fine as long as your Graphics card is adequate.

overclock it or get another one...
if i get the e4500, will i be able to overclock it with the Intel D945GCL mobo?
My E2160 is fine for gaming so you should have no problems :D I have oc'ed the sh!t out of it to 3Ghz though :lol: but it's always my GPU which lets me down when it comes to games (8800GTS 320Mb) My ?0 CPU is still going strong. I'll get a Quad when it starts stuggling to keep up

can i overclock it with my mobo?
will it ''bottleneck'' with the geforce 9800gt?
