Most Reliable PSU Manufacturer?

Am looking for a good 700W - 750W PSU for a GTX260 SLI rig, so I've been browsing through customer reviews on Newegg and its horrific. There are tons and tons of DOA and fried mobo complaints for pretty much every PSU I've checked (even the ridiculously expensive ones). I guess my question is, which brand should I go for??Most Reliable PSU Manufacturer?
Corsair, PC Power and Cooling, Seasonic, Enermax, and some Antecs are all good ones. Most Reliable PSU Manufacturer?
I've been using PC Power and Cooling for years. It is a bit pricey but you do get what you pay for.
From my experience, anter and corsair are the best ones, i've heard PC Power and Cooling is good, but never used it myself.
Isn't it obvious? ;)Corsair is the only PSU maker that have extended warranty to 5 whole years.(And if they offer 5years they must know their products are very reliable or else they would have offred the same as all others do 2-3years.)

Well their new 400w CX only has a 3 year warranty, but yeah Corsair is good. But they do not make their PSU's, they have Seasonic and Channel Well Technology make them for them (for people who did not know).

While I trust all Corsair, all Seasonic, most Antec, some Thermaltake (just to name a few). You should always look at reviews for the specific PSU you are looking at. For all we know, Corsair's next PSU will be crap (but I doubt it, LOL)

Bur Corsair is not the only one with a 5 year warranty, Seasonic has this as well on some of it's units.

(for those who didn't know) Corsair pic out the component's, so even if some of the tx/hx-series are Seasonic s12 based they have better capacitors and some components of better quality than seasonic have on their own s12 serie. They don't take a PSU from any manufactuer and just rebrand it, they make it better and more reliable. The Corsair PSU's have not only some of the best components they are proven to be some of the most silent PSU's also. And while you pay a load of money to get an s12 frome seasonic you can get a tx/hx from Corsair cheaper.
Yes, it is their new PSU, have they released anything since? I never said they re-badge them also, I said they have Seasonic and CWT make them for them. Do you have anything that says that Seasonic does not use top quality parts in their own units. From everything I have read, they are JUST as good as Corsair. Also only the HX corsair's are made by Seasonic, the rest are made by CWT. Corsair does have some issue's, like any product. They have been having issues with loose heatsink bolts, and another issue that I cannot remember right now.

The CX400w is their newest unit on the market however. And while I haven't encountered this problem myself, many users are reporting buzzing noises from certain S12 units. I'm unclear if this is a problem with just the fan, or some more serious issue at work though. And aside from the HX power supplies, there's also the CX400w, VX450w, and TX650w, which are also made by Seasonic. To answer the original poster, there are only a few companies that I would say are complete quality across their entire line. PC Power %26 Cooling, Corsair, Enermax, Silverstone, and Seasonic are the few that hold that title. Other companies do have excellent lines as well (Ultra X3, Thermaltake Toughpower, several Antec models), but most companies have lemons out there, so I wouldn't call them great across the board. I've had great luck with Corsair and Seasonic over the years, I'd probably give the nod to them.
As i said erlier it's not new it's a half year old.And ocf. as any other company they have some rare problems, about the heatsink bolt iv'e never heard about but the little sticker on some of the ADDA fan's may become loose and generate a sound. (yeah the inaudiable psu can be heared if it come loose.) But hey, does this make an issu?, if this happned under the 5 year warranty corsair will get you a new one.Im not saying corsair is better than seasonic (would be a little wierd, cos they Lego make some of 'em XD ) and CWT brands but with corsair you get the best possible to a low cost, and as we speak of the most reliable psu's i think that corsair is just as reliable if not more reliable an also very affordable.
