Do consoles have graphics cards that are compatible with pcs?

Do they? Also, is there some type of graphics program that I can download for free to enhance the graphics that my pc can out put? I'm looking for the cheapest way to enhance the graphics on this thing and I would prefer to spend little to no money on it.Do consoles have graphics cards that are compatible with pcs?
I severely doubt it. Though, I haven't looked on the inside of a games console recently, so I'm not 100% certain. Why did you want to know?

EDIT: What are your PC's specs? What sort of graphics are you wanting to attain? Chances are, you'll be looking at upgrading your hardware - software tweaks can only help so much, and buying a new GPU, for example, would help a hell of a lot more.Do consoles have graphics cards that are compatible with pcs?

I would really like the new version of RE that came out for gamecube along with a couple of other games and some dreamcast games as well like crazy taxi but I need better graphics to run those games.
No. Even though all modern consoles use GPU's that are heavily based on PC GPU's, they're still heavily modified to work with the rest of the console. Besides...they're soldered onto the motherboard. :P
Well what about downloading some type graphics enhancer off the internet?

I reiterate: What are your PC's specs at the moment? The most you can do in terms of software is tweak the settings for each game, or find ways to cool down your current GPU so you can overclock it.

in the Xbox360 the GPU is based off ov ATI's 2900XT card and in the PS3 it is based of ov the 7800GTX (both of witch are outdated)

U will not be able to play console games on ur pc as this is illegal.

Umm, just because something is illegal doesn't mean you can't do it. And you can't play 360 or PS3, or even Gamecube games on your PC because its not at all possible, not because its illegal. If you want to play Gamecube games, spend $20 and get a Gamecube.

The gpu in the xbox is base off of the 1k series from ATI, lol if it was base on the one you stated the 360 would have dx10.
their are dreamcast simulators and maybe gamecube too. but its illegal... But a lot of people do it if you really want to just youtube/google it.

Well I need a library for video games and I'm not gonna go around buying every old system out there to do it when it can be done on pc. Also, I not gonna go hunt down all those old games or try to get them off of ebay at an outrageous price. Also, I don't have to swap disc or switch between connecting different consoles when it can all be done on one. I like using my ps3 controller. I guess I'm gonna have to get a graphics card but thats all I'm gonna buy because today's games would require a new processor and **** that.
In that case, be careful who you talk to. :P
there are graphics enhancers out there, there called drivers. even though there game spefici you can see bif gains in FPS e.g. on Css driver from Nov 07 (from june 07) gave me around 20 FPS more.
xbox 360 = cut down radeon 2600 (somewhere between 2400 and 2600 and ps3 has something between a 7600gt and 7800gs

it is not as weak as a 2600. its just a cut down version of the 2900. if it was as weak as the 2600 then it wouldent be able to play games like Farcry 2 or Halo 3 at the settings it dose play them at
This entire thread is hilarious.

Good god, what's with all the weird claims? The Playstation 3 has a graphics solution roughly based off G70 (7800 series), and the Xbox 360 uses a modified R580 chip that I believe has some tesselation abilities (like R600), but in most ways is similar to the X1900/X1800 series.
The Xbox 360 is the most limited console graphically between it and the PS3 because of the X1900 like chipset it has, and I remember back in 2005/2006 games that were made for both Pc and it, My old Geforce 6600 out did the 360 on textures, draw distances and effects. But yet a top end Pc cant run GTA4... lousy job porting.
