The new boss is here : GTX295 *Benchmarks*

Hi...While surfing the net I found this trust worthy benchmarks from guru3d.com which absolutely stunned me O_oClick here to see the benchmarks.Anyway I don't think I will get it anytime soon unless I got $$$ to waste :Pi7 CPU + Gigabyte EX58 motherboard + 6GB DDR3 (2000)+ GTX295 + a powerful PSU = the best computer (well, until something shows up) The new boss is here : GTX295 *Benchmarks*
Ohhh by the way the source said that it price should be $499 which is pretty amazing considering the performance you are getting. The new boss is here : GTX295 *Benchmarks*
Wait what? They don't compare GTX 280 and 295? -_-

The GTX280 is an old story now :P

Because its 10~15% better than the GTX260, the XFX GTX260 Black Edition beats the GTX280.

Well, take good care of your graphic card and you won't need a support :P

He is correct, this card seems just well amazing, but if they kill support to it it will just be another 9800gx2, but if they continue to support this thing watch out ATI :)
Well, take good care of your graphic card and you won't need a support :P
Nvidia need to support it long term not just 5 minutes to get the King of GPUs crown.Look what happened to the 9800GX2=5FPShttp://www.guru3d.com/article/far-cry-2-pc-vga-graphics-performance-review/5

Not impressed.
I'm not impressed by that guru article, firstly they compare it to 260 GTX and not 280, I mean wth. Also in their crysis test they set the settings to gamer and not enthusiast, if you're going to test a card to it's limit you need a test with crysis on highest settings. And not to mention they overclock their CPU to 3.7ghz+ while on similiar articles like the ne testing multi gpu's on x58 they use stock settings. It would seem natural that they would overclock the cpu in the multi gpu test to avoid cpu limitations, which is very obvious in quad crossfirex and 3 SLI benchs. Instead they do this with the GTX 295, ofc to avoid cpu limitations. In other words, this is clearly a biased review to make GTX 295 look good. If you look at this review, which has the same cpu and overclock you'll see that a 280 GTX performs just as good or even better in Crysis at higher in game settingshttp://www.bjorn3d.com/read.php?cID=1403%26pageID=5741 So take this guru review with a big grain of salt
Here's a previewhttp://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/geforce-gtx-295,2107.html Not as complete but atleast something.

In my opinion Guru3d.com is the best website for benchmarks because its truly neutral, well they always overclock the cpu to get rid of any bottleneck.

They are not trying to make Nvidia looks better or something like that, you will believe me when you check their reviews on ATI cards, the GTX295 has beaten all ATI cards period.

I've checked a lot of other sites most of them are ether paid by Nvidia/ATi or has inaccurate results.

I can probably guess thatr ATI already has something up there sleeve. They wont release it just yet but they will right when nvidia thinks they have ATI. I still dont find this card to be worth it. Id rather have my card that I payed half of what the 295 is and still plays games at pretty much max settings at good frames.

http://enthusiast.hardocp.com is a (Nvidia website) check the review of the XFX GTX260 Black Edition, they fps gain is huge !!! Which is really inaccurate, its a powerful card but not that much.

The more they release the cheaper the other card will get :D

I hope this continue for ever :P

But you are right about the GTX295, once the ATi 5000 series comes out we will see if the GTX295 can compete with it.
