Should i restart my pc first then do the other thing?

I'm about to start my build, but there was something i was wonderingafter i install all my mobo drivers, its going to ask me if i want to restart. should i say ''no'' then install my graphics card drivers and then say yes?or should i restart and do the gpu drivers after its back on?ps: one other question, about my case fans. theres two plugs with each one. I'm guessing one connects to the psu, and the other connects to the mobo. but where on the mobo? it should be marked in the Manuel, right? Should i restart my pc first then do the other thing?
You can install all of them at once and then just ignore the prompts.
