Graphics card and Power Supply

Hi there! Well, I'm adequate with a computer compared to those who know nothing, but compared to the people on here I'm very very very clueless. So I just need a bit of help with something if anyone's up for helping me out! I got a Dell Inspiron 531 last year. And the graphics card has been okay so far but it's not able to run some new games that I want too well. I looked into getting a new one but I was told I'd need to get a new power supply (which I'm okay with). But what I don't know is all of the compatibility stuff. And I read all about pins and stuff and I don't know what a pin is? Can any recommend what graphics card and power supply to get that would be compatible with each other and my computer? I would give necessary information about pins and slots and all that but I don't know how and what is necessary haha. I'd be going on a 250 euro budget I'd say.. As long as your mobo has a pci-e x16 or pci-e 2.0 then. GPU HD4870, PSU Corsair 650TX.= 256.74If you cant afford that GPU then swap it for this one 9800gtx+.Or could someone else link to a better selling site with cheaper prices. :) Graphics card and Power Supply

I already googled your Dell Inspiron 531 and you have a pci-e x16 slot so you will be fine :)
