Definatly the second one by OCZ. Actually I have it running this rig (in specs). Have had it over a year now and zero problems.
It would be better to provide the product page, rather than the retailer. Go with the OCZ, the amps on the 12V rail are way higher so it will be suitable for any video card out today, and it has all the connectors you need so you will not run into any compatibility issues.
