i dont know but i think you can but software which you can make an image of a current state of your PC and then make a recovery disk with it.Making a backup of drivers...
What you are asking isn't really possible. Imaging your entire windows partition is what you want. That way if any thing ever messed up, you just use your image and everything is back to the way it was. (as of the last time you made the image)

It is possible:MyDrivers can do it and i used it before, but now for some reason it doesnt work but ill try again.
