ipod help plz

if anybody knows anything bout ipods plz message back and ill tell u my probipod help plz
if its related to the ipod itself, just hold the middle button, then press and hold the menu button at the same time for 10 seconds, thus preforming a reset and thus fixing 99% of the problems that plague the software of the ipod.if its not related to the ipod its elf, then please elaborate, i deal with lots of screwed ipods at my work.ipod help plz
it might ill try that.ok buts this is whats happening i uploaded a new itunes thing and now my ipod wont connect to itunes.i can still run itunes but just not when my ipods pluged in.

youre cable is messed up?Did you try that reset that somone allready posted?
Wrong section buddy. Should have gone in audio/video section.
i got a new cable and dat didnt help.i tried the reset thing and my ipod wouldnt reset.and i do not care if this is the wrong board
