New first rig setup! compatible/recommended?

Hello again! I was considering using a barebones for my base (from tigerdirect), but i couldnt find one i wanted. So, i went to NewEgg and looked around. Without further ado, here we go.OS CPU GPU Mobo (Combo'd with GPU)PSU (combo'd with case)Case CPU fan RAM HDD Comes out to about $1181 USD. I thought this was a pretty good deal considering I'm getting my OS too. What do you think i should/add change? This is pretty much my budget limit, try not to recommend more expensive stuff unless its a bargain or something. Thanks in advance! feel free to ask questions and stuff.New first rig setup! compatible/recommended?

Apart from that seems pretty good, unless u want to drop to a dual core E8400 or E8500 for the extra raw power for games, but that depends if you just want a pure gaming rig and how long you want it to last, but if you get the right mobo u could upgrade later. New first rig setup! compatible/recommended?
Is there much of a problem with having an overkill PSU? I picked that mainly because it came combo'd with the Case, so both of em for under $280. I might consider downgrading a step if it saves more than $30. Is that a good brand though?
BUMP
There is no problem at all with overkill PSU, mine is overkill for what its running at the moment but I have plenty of upgrades planned and needed a new PSU.Antec Quattro are pretty good so im hearing.Just thought if you not planned any upgrades u might want to save some money there and get a slightly better cpu thats all

Yes antec is one of the top brands.
K thanks guys. I actually was considering picking up another 260 in the future, maybe after the 295 comes out and prices take a dive. Will i need anything else to make a fully functioning pc? I will prob get a modem or wireless card, but do i need anything else like tools or other junk?

All you need is a screwdriver. Make sure you get thermal paste/grease. If your planning on sli'ing later on then this psu is perferct for you.

phillips.
i have the same PSU and i also came combo'd with my antec 900 case. It will be good with the 1200 case because it has long cables to reach far places in that big case.and i think it should be all fine and dandy. by the way i think i may steal some of your items you found. that OS is a great deal when you consider the $50 gift certificate. PS: i am really jealous, i payed $700 dollars for my setup about a year ago.
for $20 more you can get a 1TB HDD-http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822145167 and i can't see your SATA plugins on your mobo. i guess it is the ones set of at an angle towards the bottom.
if you have your heart set on ultimate get it, but otherwise i wouldnt' pay the increased price for it.
if you have your heart set on ultimate get it, but otherwise i wouldnt' pay the increased price for it.
it is only $130 bucks after rebate and plus it is a x64 version.
