Sound Not Working

hey guys my when i turned my speaker on it was working with the lights on and when i put it on max volume it made the fuzzy sound. I went to the tf2 main screen but there was no sound. I plugged my headphones in the speaker and it still didn't work. Then I put my headphones in the adio jack on the computer(not the one in the speaker) and it didn't work. so how do i fix it?
